Xiaomi 10400mAh and 5400mAh power banks are listed on Flipkart

The much-awaited power banks from Xiaomi are now listed on e-commerce site Flipkart in India. Xiaomi announced the Mi Power Bank in two variants — 10,400mAh and 5,200mAh. Now both the power banks are priced at Rs 999 and Rs 799 respectively.

The Mi power banks have a textured anodized aluminum casing that covers the entire battery from end-to-end. It has a metallic finish, and is also water- and corrosion-resistant.

Xiaomi claims that the 10,400mAh Mi Power Bank is powerful enough to charge the Mi 3 2.5 times, an Apple iPhone 5S 4.5 times and an iPad mini 1.5 times on a single charge. The Power Bank can also be fully charged in about 5.5 hours. In terms of dimensions it is 90.5x77x21.6mm and weighs 250 grams.

The portable 5,200mAh Mi Power Bank, on the other hand, is capable of charging the Mi 3 once and an Apple iPhone 5S twice on a single charge. It is highly portable boasting a width of 5.5cm and is as big as a business card.

Known as the 'Apple' of China, Xiaomi entered the Indian market with its three new smartphones in an exclusive sales tie-up with Flipkart.
