Xolo One smartphone with Android 4.4.2 KitKat launched at Rs. 6,599

Xolo has listed a new smartphone called as the Xolo One on its website. The Smartphone comes with Android KitKat, and is priced at Rs. 6,599. The attraction of the phone is that it comes with guaranteed Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade.

The device sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854 x 840) IPS OGS display and comes with 1GB of RAM for multitasking and 8GB of internal storage which is expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. The device is powered by MediaTek’s MT6582M quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz which comes with Mali-400 GPU for graphics processing.

On the back of this thing you’ll find a 5-megapixel shooter which is flanked by an LED flash, there’s also a secondary 0.3-megapixel VGA camera located up front. The device ships with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system though Xolo did promise it will get Android 5.0 Lollipop in the future.

This is a dual-SIM capable, 3G HSPA+ device and it comes with Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and of course 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. The device sports a 1700mAh battery which should take care of powering on your device until the end of the day.
