Acer Iconia A1-830 launched on Flipkart for Rs 11,299

Acer has launched a new Android tablet dubbed ‘Iconia A1-830′ exclusively on Flipkart for ₹11,299. Acer Iconia A1-830 tablet seems to be a decent tablet from the Taiwanese tech company. There is no denying the fact that the international companies are becoming more and more active in the Indian market that seems to have more and more promises.

Acer Iconia A1-830 tablet sports a 7.9-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) LED-backlit IPS display and is powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor with Hyper-Threading technology and PowerVR SGX544 GPU. It is supported by 1GB LPDDR2 RAM and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.

Imaging aspect of the handset is looked after by 5MP rear camera with 1080p video recording and a 2MP front-facing camera with 720p video recording. Other specs include: 16GB of storage and expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, and GPS. The latest tablet from Acer measures 8.15mm thick and weighs 380 grams and is powered by a 4000 mAh battery. However, the tablet doesn’t support 3G connectivity and voice-calling.

Prior to this, the company had launched the Iconia A1-713 Android 4.2 Jelly Bean tablet with support for 3G and voice-calling at a price of Rs. 12,999.

Acer is offering a host of exciting launch offers for its Iconia A1-830 tablet which includes free Sennheiser HD180 headphones, cash-back upto ₹5,000, free pre-selected eBooks worth Rs 1,500 and so on. Acer Iconia A1-830 tablet is available on Flipkart ₹Rs. 11,299. The e-commerce giant is also offering the tablet on an EMI option that starts from ₹1010 along with a free home delivery and cash on delivery option.
