Xolo launches hexa-core Play 6X-1000 and quad-core Q500s IPS with Android 4.4 KitKat
Xolo launches two new smartphones the budget Q500s IPS with a quad-core processor and the powerful Play 6X-1000 running on a hexa-core chip. Xolo Play 6X-1000 is offered with a price tag of Rs. 14,499 and Q500s IPS has got a price-tag of INR 5,999.
Xolo Play 6X-1000 is a dual-SIM device that comes with a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) HD IPS display offering a pixel density of 294ppi. The Play 6X-1000 is powered by a 1.5GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT6591 processor with a Mali 450 GPU and comes with 2GB of RAM. It supports and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system.
It features 8 megapixel primary camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera. The handset supports micro SD which can be used for expanding the memory up to 32 GB in addition to the 8 GB storage available on the smartphone. Connectivity features of the handset include WiFi and 3G. It has 2100 mAh battery under the hood.
According to XOLO, it has pre-loaded the XOLO Play Zone app on the phone, which offers a number free to play and paid HD games.
On the other hand Q500s is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device that comes with a 4-inch WVGA with 480x800 pixels IPS display offering a pixel density of 233ppi. The Q500s IPS is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor and coupled with a Mali 400-MP2 GPU, and 512MB of RAM.
Its rear camera is of 5-megapixel with LED flash, while the front-facing camera is of re is 0.3-megapixel. The internal memory of Xolo Q500s IPS is 4GB and it is expandable via microSD that can be extended up to 32GB.
