Panasonic P31 phablet with Quad-core Processor launched in India at Rs 11,990
Panasonic today announced the launch of its latest smartphone - P31, in India. The Panasonic P31 is priced at Rs 11,990. The dual-SIM supporting handset runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.The P31 comes with a 5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card.
It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and full HD recording, and a VGA front-facing camera. The battery seems decent at 2000 mAh battery.
The phone will be the first to feature Panasonic’s “Play Life” bouquet of features giving the customers a customizable user experience, where smartphone understands gestures, organises the music library and let’s one multi-task while watching videos. The smartphone will be available to consumers in India from the second week of March this year.
The firm has also introduced its 'Heat-Sink' design, which regulates the smartphone's temperature via "controlled heat dissipation." The Panasonic P31 will be available in Bluish Black and Pure White colour variants.
