Micromax Canvas Fun A74 launched online for Rs. 7,749

Popular indigenous smartphone maker, Micromax has released a budget handset - Canvas Fun A74 in India. The phone is currently available on Snapdeal and Infibeam. The budgeted Canvas Fun A74 sports a 5.0-megapixel camera with flash support on its rear side and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) secondary camera on the front side.

The Micromax Canvas Fun A74 is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor and has 512MB RAM. This dual SIM phone has an internal memory of 4GB, and its memory is expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. It is running on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2.

Prospective consumers can buy the new Canvas series phone at the online shopping site Snapdeal for ₹7,749. Canvas Fun A74 is the fourth handset from the company to hit the market in August. Earlier in the month, Micromax had released A34 (₹4399), Canvas Fun A76 (₹8,499) and Canvas Doodle 2 (₹18,990).
