Sony Xperia Z3 underwater unboxing - Video

Sony was full of surprises at this year’s IFA, bringing the brand new Sony Xperia Z3, one of their best devices to date. Part of its charm is the fact the device actually runs underwater, beating every other device when it comes down to this particular feature.

To put to the test the Xperia Z3’s waterproof abilities, Carphone Warehouse decided to record an unusual unboxing video. As you can see in the short 3-minute clip at the end of the post, this Xperia Z3 unboxing video has all the elements you expect from such videos: a guy is taking a brand new device out of the box, and everything else that’s in it, and detailing its main features. But unlike other videos, in this one there’s a lot of water.

Unboxing videos aren’t very popular in general, because it’s difficult to get a good first impression of the device being unboxed. But this one was rather creative, making a strong point to all Sony fans. Currently, the Xperia series is on the top list as one of the most purchased series on the market. We’re hoping the tech magnate will keep up the quality work, improving on several key aspects of their future releases.
