Destiny to be sold in India exclusively through Amazon

Activision’s upcoming shooter, Destiny will be released exclusively in India through Amazon the retailer revealed today. Pre-orders for the game are currently live with Amazon offering a Rs. 300 discount to anyone who orders it now.

The game will be available on all four formats – Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS3. The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Destiny will cost Rs. 3,999 (post discount), while the PS4 and Xbox One versions will set you back by Rs. 4,299. Destiny is currently being listed across various retailers like Games the Shop and Game4u, but those listings may be taken down soon.

This is the second exclusive deal Amazon India has procured for itself this week. On Wednesday, the company announced an exclusive partnership with Microsoft to sell Microsoft's Xbox One and its games and peripherals throughout India.
