Destiny goes to Mars in its newest trainer

The latest trailer for Bungie’s incoming first-person shooter, Destiny, takes us to our neighboring planet of Mars. In trailer, Bungie gives us a sneak peek at what threats players will face among the ancient ruins of a once-populated Mars.

It appears that two of the primary species players will face on Mars are the Cabal and Vex, the hulking humanoids and time-traveling robotic aliens of Destiny, respectively.

Here's what the description for the trailer says:

What little we know of Mars may as well be a myth. We built a massive metropolis in the red dust. No one knows what remains of our lost age, now buried beneath the dunes.

Destiny is coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on Sept. 9.
