Gionee Elife E7 mini launched at Rs 18,999
Gionee Smartphones, on Tuesday, launched mid-segment Elife E7 mini in India for Rs. 18,999. The Gionee Elife E7 mini boasts the 13 megapixel rotating camera with a 360 degree rotation. Elife E7 mini camera lens comes enabled with Blue Glass Filter which effectively filters infrared and gives more natural and clearer images.
The phone does remind one of the Oppo N1 thanks to the rotating camera, but under the hood, this was the first phone in India announced with an octa-core processor by MediaTek. At a price tag of under Rs 20,000, the E7 Mini could very well give the likes of Micromax Canvas Turbo, Nexus 4, Sony Xperia C and Samsung Galaxy Grand a fight in the market.
The Elife E7 mini features the 4.7-inch IPS IGZO display with 720p HD resolution. This smartphone is powered by octa-core 1.7 GHz MediaTek MT6592 processor with Mali 450-MP4 GPU. The Elife E7 mini packs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update with Amigo UI 2.0 to run smoothly with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. This smartphone is expected to get the Android 4.4 KitKat update. The Dual Sim “E7 Mini” is powered by a 2100 mAh battery to provide a long lasting standby time.
Interested users can buy the Gionee Elife E7 Mini in black or white shades. Officially, its price is pegged at Rs 18,999, but Snapdeal is selling it for Rs 18,249 in the country.
