Karboon A15+ Android Smartphone - Specification and features

Indian smartphone manufacturer, Karbonn has recently launched its latest handset called A15+ at Rs. 5,890. The device comes as a successor tho the company's last year's A15 handset.

The device is powered by a MT6572 dual core processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali 400 GPU coupled with 512MB of RAM. It runs on Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. Talking about the camera, it has a 5-megapixel rear camera and fails to have the front facing camera. 

The device houses 4GB of on-board storage and also comes with a 32GB micro SD card support. As far as connectivity options are concerned, it features 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth with A2DP and GPS. 

Obviously, the handset comes with a Dual SIM (3G+ 2G) support with dual standby. It comes pre-loaded with range of pre-loaded apps including Kingsoft Office, Hungama My Play, Karbonn Live, WhatsApp, Flipboard, UC Browser, Opera Mini and more. 

It also comes with 500 MB 3G Data free with Vodafone for 2 months. Additionally, it also features a DTS (Digital Theater Systems) audio technology. The Karbonn A15+ comes in Black and Silver color variants and is powered by a 1500 mAh battery. 

It is currently available on Saholic. When it comes to competition, this particular price category is filled with many smartphones, however among all, devices like iBall Andi 4Di, Nokia Asha 501, Gionee P2, Karbonn A12+ and Spice Stellar Glamor Mi-436 will be its tough rivals.
