Blackberry Z30 Review and Specification
It’s not the best timing for BlackBerry to have just released the Z30, a five-inch smartphone billed as a bigger, better version of the Z10.
The Z10 was part of BlackBerry’s much-ballyhooed comeback attempt centred around its reinvented operating system, BlackBerry 10.
The Blackberry Z30 has a 5-inch Super AMOLED (1280 x 720) display and a 1.7 GHz processor with quad-core graphics. It comes with stereo speakers. BlackBerry has incorporated a new technology - BlackBerry Natural Sound - which is a part of BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2. BlackBerry says, it lets you hear nuances and variations in tone.
The Z30 has an 8 megapixel HD auto-focus camera rear camera and a 2 megapixel fixed-focus HD front camera. The phone comes with 16GB memory on board, which is expandable up to 64GB. It includes 2GB of RAM.
The BB 10 OS version 10.2 offers a spate of improvements over 10.1. BlackBerry 10.2 is said to offer an improved version of BBM. If a BBM message arrives, you can instantly reply to the message without even leaving the app you are in.
In addition, if your phone is locked, you can tap the various icons on the Lock Screen to see an instant preview of your most recent messages and notifications.
The BlackBerry Z30 smartphone includes a 2880mAh battery and is claimed to last up to 25 hours.
