Beneteau to launch Oceanis vessels

The French boatbuilder will launch the Oceanis 38, while its new motor cruiser, Monte Carlo 5, and cruising yacht, Oceanis 55, will make their UK premieres at the show.
François Renault, UK sales manager, Beneteau, said: “We’re very excited that we are able to bring three new Beneteau’s to the UK this year. We view the PSP Southampton Boat Show as the ideal venue for the World Launch of the Oceanis 38 and the UK premieres of the Oceanis 55 and Monte Carlo 5.”
Designed by Monte Carlo Yachts and Beneteau, the flybridge motor yacht, Monte Carlo 5, features a unique ‘wave cutter’ hull with a highly profiled tulip-shaped bow to allow for better wave deflection.

“We are proud to be exhibiting a total of 20 boats from our power and sail ranges at the show, which provides a great opportunity for UK consumers to see a wide selection of popular models from our extensive range,” he added.
The high performance Oceanis 38 will be one of six sailing yachts from the Oceanis range on show. Visitors will also be able to see a total of 11 powerboats from Beneteau’s inboard and outboard ranges, including Gran Turismo 38, Antares 30 and three boats from the Swift Trawler range.
