Xiaomi Mi5 may be released in CES 2015

Xiaomi the Chinese smartphone giant have been creating landmarks all the way from it entrance into the market and has not looked back ever since. Each release have been a hit among the users let it be Mi 3, Mi4, Redmi 1S or Redmi Note. There is a possibility that Xiaomi may release Mi5 soon in 2015.

MyDrivers a Chinese website claims Mi 5 will be unveiled in January at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2015 in Las Vegas. Xiaomi is now eyeing American buyers after its successful run in the Asian markets.

Specifications of Mi 5 is expected to have a 14.48-cm (5.7-inch) 2K display, 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC with Adreno 430 GPU and 20.7MP primary camera along with Sony Exmor sensor. Mi5 may also include a fingerprint scanner.

As per reports the phone is going to be ultra-slim and bigger than before. Indian market is still waiting the release of Mi4 which have been delayed till early next year due to Redmi Note release.
